La Paloma Beach and Tennis Club wanted to show potential clients a view of the condos they rented. La Paloma wanted a design that showcased the ocean breezes and spring theme.
Deztech Consulting developed a design that incorporates these themes with a light color combination and accents of blues. Also, instead of relying solely on pictures, DezTech created a virtual tour of sample condos that La Paloma rents. Now, visitors can see 360o views of the condos and club grounds to get a better idea of what the condos look like and what to expect. As a result, La Paloma reports an increase in the number of rentals.
