Generally, projects require a 50% down payment to initiate work and the balance due upon project completion. In some cases, especially for larger projects, this payment schedule can be expanded and broken into smaller payments based on milestones defined collectively with the client. This is commonly a 33% down payment, a 33% payment upon design approval, and the balance due upon project completion.

Final payment is never due until all work has been satisfactorily completed per our Consultant/Client agreement. You, as the Client, will have the opportunity to review our work and approve that we have completed all items before making final payment. This is our Satisfaction Guarentee to you, our client.

Credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover Card are available for all projects and especially welcomed for recurring items like hosting and maintenance. Payment by American Express is also available for larger projects.
